The entrance hall opens into an entrance hallway with a large dining room to the right and an office/bedroom to the left.

Directly off the Kitchen there is a spacious utility room that is also fitted with the same cupboard and worktops as the kitchen, and houses washing machine, tumble dryer, Tall fridge/freezer. Just inside the back door there is a shower room. The utility area exits directly to a walled drying area.
There is a fantastic ‘wintergarden’ with pergola for shading and sliding doors leading to the garden, lots of lovely plants are housed here and it is a lovely place to relax and enjoy the view over the garden, pool and lava fields.
The lounge has a large ‘lava stone’ fireplace with wood beam , is entered on one side from the dining room, on another from the hallway, and the front of the sitting room has double glaze panels and sliding doors leading directly into the ‘wintergarden’.
Exiting the sitting room to the hallway leads to the main bedroom area with two further bedrooms and bathrooms: one used as a very spacious double bedroom with a genuine dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with large corner bath; this bedroom has sliding terrace doors to the wintergarden and overlooks the pool. The next bedroom is currently used as a gym and has views out over the lava fields. Beside that bedroom/gym is a third full bathroom. The final bedroom and bathroom are found in a self-contained granny annex which can be accessed either from the same corridor, or from its own exterior door. The annex is a very large bed-sitting room arrangement with an open plan kitchen, a breakfast bar and a shower room.
There is a dark wood gallery staircase with sloped glass roof, with an office area housed comfortably below. This stairway leads to the enormous split-level master, with walk-in wardrobes, lounge area, and a huge bathroom featuring a raised jacuzzi bath from which the fabulous uninterrupted views can also be enjoyed. There are glazed doors to a private terrace, and the ‘picture’ windows beautifully frame the views over the lava rock to the mountains and the sea, all the way to Fuertaventura.
There is a large integrated garage with electric door opening.
Features within the house include gas central heating and air conditioning units throughout. Rooms with high vaulted ceilings that further add to the feeling of spaciousness and help to keep the rooms cool. Bathrooms feature marble top vanity units. Some lava stone walls are also incorporated.
The 11x8mtr pool is set amidst the terraced area of the garden sitting slightly below the ‘wintergarden’ There is a diving board at the 3 mtr end of the pool. Flush with the pool is a sunken pool bar on the outside of which is a semi-submerged seat within the pool.
Finally there is a large unused aljibe/water storage room that would convert into a great playroom.
The outer garden area houses two stables, storage shed, turnout paddock with electric fencing and an additional small paddock in front of the stables. There is also a large secure dog pen. The gardens, planted with Canarian palm trees, have automatic watering system.
The house was recentley rewired has new Boletin Certificate and is on mains water supply, and in case of emergency there is a back-up generator. Also a new CEE certificate exists.
